Rubio’s is launching a breakfast burrito with two of the country’s top professional surfers, Griffin and Crosby Colapinto.  Packed with 47 grams of protein, the “All-World Breakfast Burrito” features eggs, bacon, fresh guacamole, french fries, salsa fresca, and Rubio’s signature chipotle white sauce, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla with toasted cheese. Starting June 19, guests can order this collab burrito exclusively online at Rubios.com or on the Rubio’s app. With any Rubio’s purchase, guests have an opportunity to round-up to the nearest dollar at checkout, and give back to an organization close to the brothers’ hearts, To Write Love on Her Arms– a movement dedicated to improving mental health.

Rubio’s new prototype restaurant has opened its doors and is now serving guests in the heart of Oceanside, at 4201 Oceanside Blvd. The grand opening event is on August 6th, at 4:30pm, where the community is invited to enjoy live music, giveaways, free sweet treats and more. Fifty percent of all opening day proceeds will be donated to the Boys & Girls Club of Northwest San Diego.

Rubio’s Coastal Grill and the San Diego Padres will continue to reward fans with something extra tasty throughout the 2024 MLB season. Each time the Padres steal a base at Petco Park, fans will score a free, à la carte Rubio’s taco, with any purchase, the day after the game.
