Blackened Mahi Taco – “The Alexis”

Grilled Mahi Mahi, rubbed with a special blackening seasoning made with cayenne pepper, onion, garlic, paprika, basil, oregano, and topped with shredded red cabbage, and a creamy cilantro sauce, made with cilantro, garlic, jalapeños, avocado, almond milk, olive oil, cumin and lime, and fresh chopped cilantro, served on a warm flour tortilla.
