Since that day back in 1983, Ralph, with the help of a lot of great people, has sold more than 270 million fish tacos! Today, Rubio’s uses responsibly sourced seafood and continues to expand its menu with innovative recipes that combine coastal-inspired flavors with our Mexican heritage to create award-winning fish tacos, inventive burritos, colorful bowls, healthy salads and more that you can feel great about eating.
