1.Eligibility: The Rubio’s Coastal Grill Rubio’s Rewards Back to Baja Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of Arizona, California, and Nevada who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and a Rubio’s Rewards Member at the time of entry. Employees of Rubio’s Restaurants, Inc. (“Sponsor” and “Rubio’s”), and its franchisees, and their parent and affiliate companies and suppliers (“Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate in Sweepstakes or receive a prize. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void outside the listed states and where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Sponsor:
This giveaway is sponsored by Rubio’s Restaurants, Inc (“Sponsor”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, YETI®, or Visa®.

3. Promotion Period:
The Promotion begins on February 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM PT (or when the official Promotion post is published) and ends on February 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

4. How to Enter:

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may enter the Promotion by either of the methods described below. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Online entries and mail-in entries will have equal odds of winning.

A) Instagram Entry Method

To enter via Instagram during the Promotion Period:

1. Follow @rubioscoastalgrill on Instagram.

2. Comment on the official Promotion post and tag one (1) individual in the comment.

3. For one (1) additional entry, share the official Promotion post to your Instagram Story and tag @rubioscoastalgrill in the Story.

Each comment that tags a different individual and otherwise complies with these Official Rules will count as one (1) entry. Unlimited comment entries are permitted. Story share entries are limited to one (1) per person during the Promotion Period.

Tagged individuals must be real persons. Entrants may not tag themselves, fictitious accounts, the Sponsor, or repeatedly tag the same individual in separate comments for the purpose of generating multiple entries. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, commercial sweepstakes service, artificial intelligence automation, or other automated means are void.

Entrant’s Instagram account must be set to public at the time of entry and remain public through winner verification to permit Sponsor to verify eligibility. Sponsor is not responsible for entries not visible due to privacy settings, tagging errors, platform limitations, or technical failures.

Story share entries must include the required tag and be publicly viewable at the time of posting. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of Story share prior to awarding any prize.

All Instagram entries must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants understand that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to Instagram.

B) Mail-In Free Method of Entry (“AMOE”)

To enter without using Instagram or a mobile device, during the Promotion Period, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime phone number, email address (if any), and date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in a properly stamped envelope to:

Each mailed entry will count as one (1) entry into the Promotion.

Unlimited mail-in entries are permitted, provided that each entry:

• Is mailed separately in its own envelope,

• Is hand-printed (no photocopies, mechanically reproduced, or automated entries permitted), and

• Is postmarked no later than February 28, 2026 and received by March 5, 2026.

Entries that are mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, postage-due, or generated by automated means are void. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or delayed mail. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. Sweepstakes Drawing/Odds: On or about March 6, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period and select one (1) Promotion Prize winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize:

One (1) winner will receive the following (collectively, the “Prize”):

• One (1) YETI® Cooler

• One (1) YETI® Hat

• One (1) YETI® Tumbler

• One (1) YETI® Can Insulator

• One (1) $1,000 Visa® Gift Card

• One (1) $250 Rubio’s® Gift Card

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $1,800.

The ARV represents Sponsor’s good-faith estimate of the retail value of the Prize at the time these Official Rules were drafted. Actual value may vary. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any component thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

The Prize will be awarded only upon verification of winner’s eligibility and final approval by Sponsor. Winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful) within the time period specified by Sponsor.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not expressly stated herein as being provided.

The Prize is awarded “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All Prize details are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

All trademarks referenced herein are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for Prize description purposes. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

7. Publicity:
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

Winner shall be solely responsible for all taxes and fees or costs associated with any prize, including but not limited to any federal or state or other income tax. Pursuant to federal tax law effective for the 2026 tax year, Sponsor is generally required to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC only if the total value of prizes awarded to a recipient in a calendar year equals or exceeds $2,000. Because the ARV of the Prize for this Promotion is below $2,000, Sponsor does not anticipate issuing a Form 1099-MISC for this Promotion; however, the winner remains solely responsible for reporting the value of the Prize as income as required by law.

9. Winner Notification: Sponsor will notify potential Winner on or about March 6, 2026, via Instagram Direct Message. If a potential winner does not reply within two (2) days, or is deemed ineligible in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the prize will be forfeited. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, or a prize comes back as undeliverable, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries. In Sponsor’s discretion, only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the applicable prize will remain unawarded. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate winner, if any. Potential winner is subject to verification by Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. An Entrant is not a winner of any prize regardless of notification unless and until Entrant’s eligibility is verified.

10. Release, Indemnification & General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Entrants further agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Meta, YETI®, Visa®, Rubio’s®, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Promotion, or the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including without limitation:

(i) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or documents, regardless of the method of transmission;
(ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays, inability to upload or download or transmission errors;
(iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials;
(iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or participation in the Promotion, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

11. Privacy Policy: Any personal information supplied by you when entering this Promotion will be subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy posted on https://www.rubios.com/privacy. In addition, unless prohibited by the applicable privacy policy or by law, by entering the Promotion, you grant the Promotion Entities permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Promotion Entities, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Promotion, for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment.
