Pro Surfers, The Colapinto Brothers, Partner with Rubio’s Coastal Grill 

SAN DIEGO – Rubio’s Coastal Grill is pleased to partner with two of the country’s top professional surfers, Griffin and Crosby Colapinto. Known for their incredible talent, they share a mutual love of the ocean, surfing and fish tacos with Rubio’s. The brothers will be part of Rubio’s upcoming marketing campaigns, featuring VIP experiences, giveaways and product collaborations.

From March 5–20, follow Rubio’s on Instagram for the chance to win a Colapinto brothers signed surfboard, autographed photos, Skull Candy gear, surf wax and towels from Sex Wax, Shade Sunscreen, free Rubio’s food and more. 

“As Rubio’s celebrates 41 years, we are embracing our Baja roots, and that includes surf culture,” said Rubio’s Co-Founder Ralph Rubio. “I used to take surf trips to Mexico as a student at San Diego State University, and we would eat fish tacos on the beach for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Griffin and Cosby are surfing superstars — we’re excited to fuel them up and cheer them on.”

When they aren’t enjoying a meal at Rubio’s, the brothers are at the beach. Griffin, age 25, is coming off an overall third-place finish on the 2023 WSL Championship Tour and will be competing on the 2024 US Olympic Team this summer in Tahiti. His brother, 22-year-old Crosby , is an up-and-coming talent, who recently qualified to join Griffin on the 2024 Championship Tour. In addition to competing, the boys film content for their YouTube Channel, “Cola Bros,” and star in Stab Magazine’s film, DNA: The Colapinto Brothers.
